Hey guys i am going to tell u how to make this
Blue Fury
Difficulty: Easy
1. Open a new document 500x500
2. Select the gradient tool and use these settings: Click Here (http://home.exetel.com.au/fmv/my%20site/New%20Folder/1-blue%20fury.gif)
3. Click and drag madly across the screen 10-12 times. Your image should now look like this: Click Here (http://home.exetel.com.au/fmv/my%20site/New%20Folder/2-blue%20fury.gif)
4. Go Filter>Artistic>Plastic Wrap and use these settings:
Highlight Strength: 15 Detail: 9 Smoothness: 7
Your pic should now look like this: Click Here (http://home.exetel.com.au/fmv/my%20site/New%20Folder/3-blue%20fury.gif)
5. Press Ctrl + U and use these settings: Click Here (http://home.exetel.com.au/fmv/my%20site/New%20Folder/4-blue%20fury.gif)
6. Press Ctrl + J to duplicate the layer and go Edit>Transform>Rotate 90 degrees CW.
7. Change the Layer blending mode to Overlay.
You're Done!
