Love to see a tutorial about this topic.
As I look at it all I see is a business women render with a oval circle below the layer under her feet with a outer glow set to normal blending. Therefore creating a shadow under her feet.

So there is not anything else then taken a photo with a very high angel. ?
When I look at the picture the head is much biger then body unnormal bigger so to me it looks like they have used some sort of resize of the head.
well it is possible to do it in photoshop. just select the part you want to resize then go to edit>free transform and it will resize what you have selected. This was a high angle photo though, very cool technique used by photographers.

Yeah, but that's not really what this is. This is just a picture of the lady from a higher spot - no magic tricks, just perspective. Her head will be larger because it is closer, and the body will be smaller because its farther away.
i think you can also do it by just taking a normal picture of a high angle and to make it look even higher go to edit>skew and make the legs thinner.... ill try it in photoshop tomorrow, quite busy at the moment ;)
