Site design help!

I really, really need a webbie. I have two top banners:

But need a site. I cant pay for it because Im still a student in year 8 . I can give you an idea of what i want... i would like a navigation box on the left side, content on the right and maybe a shout box under the nevigation if posible. If someone could help me out here, I would be very greatfull :D

can i have a very "clinical" type of design, like all silver, grey, black, white with maybe a small amount of bright colour (only if it fits in). The content boxes could be rounded or pixel or whatever, just do whatever you think.
